Because our products are digital and consumable — meaning their value is delivered the moment you begin — most purchases are non-refundable once accessed. Below, we detail the specific policy for each product type.
Course subscriptions renew automatically. You have full control over your subscription at all times.
Course subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.
We do not offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period. If you cancel mid-month or mid-year, you will continue to have access until the period ends, but no partial refund will be issued.
Because course content is available immediately upon subscription, the value is delivered from the first day. This is why we cannot offer refunds for partially used billing periods.
We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. In the following situations, we will work with you to make things right.
If a test or mock exam could not be completed due to a proven technical failure on our end (server outage, scoring engine error, or platform bug), we will offer a free retake or a full refund at your choice.
If you were charged more than once for the same product due to a system error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full within 5 business days of your report.
If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a full refund and secure your account.
Important: For exception cases, please provide as much detail as possible — including screenshots, error messages, or transaction records — so we can process your request quickly.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., your PayPal account).
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it.
