1. Digital Products
TestCEFR provides digital products and services, including online assessments, courses, and digital certificates. Due to the nature of digital content, the following refund policy applies:
• Once an assessment is started and results are generated, the assessment fee is non-refundable, as digital resources and AI processing have been consumed.
• Course purchases include access to digital content that is immediately available upon enrollment. Refunds for course purchases are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Digital certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable once issued.
• Subscription fees for recurring access are handled according to the cancellation and refund terms described below.
2. Certificate Fees
Certificate-related charges are subject to the following refund guidelines:
• Certificate issuance fees are non-refundable once a certificate has been generated and issued to your account.
• If a certificate is not generated due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund or free re-issuance.
• Duplicate certificates issued by mistake (due to technical issues) will be corrected at no additional charge.
• Certificate verification services are provided free of charge and do not involve separate fees.
If you believe a certificate was issued in error, please contact support@testcefr.com within 7 days of issuance.
3. Course Access
For course enrollment and access purchases:
• Full refund within 48 hours: If you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase.
• Partial refund (up to 7 days): If you have accessed between 10% and 30% of the course content, you may be eligible for a 50% refund within 7 days of purchase.
• No refund after 7 days or 30% completion: Refunds are not available after 7 days from purchase or if more than 30% of the course content has been accessed, whichever comes first.
• Subscription cancellations: When you cancel a recurring subscription, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided for subscriptions.
• Free trials: No refunds are applicable for free trial periods or promotional free access.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Email us at support@testcefr.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
2. Include the following information in your email:
— Your full name and registered email address
— The product or service you are requesting a refund for
— Your order or transaction ID (if available)
— The reason for your refund request
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days
4. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method

5. Processing Time
Refund processing times depend on your payment method:
• PayPal: 7–10 business days after approval
• Credit/Debit card: 7–14 business days after approval (processing time depends on your bank)
• Other methods: Varies; we will communicate the expected timeline

• Processing times begin after your refund request has been approved, not from the date of submission.
• Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time beyond our stated periods.
• We will send you an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
6. Exceptions
Refund requests may be denied or handled differently in the following cases:
• Abuse: Accounts with a pattern of repeated purchases and refund requests may have refund privileges suspended.
• Technical issues: If a technical issue prevented you from using a purchased service, we will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a refund or service credit.
• Promotional pricing: Items purchased at a discounted rate during promotions or sales are subject to the same refund policy. Refund amounts will reflect the price paid, not the original list price.
• Group/B2B purchases: Enterprise or bulk purchases are governed by the specific agreement signed between TestCEFR and the purchasing organization. Contact your account manager for details.
• Currency differences: Refunds are processed in the same currency and amount as the original purchase. Exchange rate differences are not reimbursed.
We handle every refund request on a case-by-case basis and are committed to fair resolution. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please explain in detail when submitting your request.
