1. All Sales Are Final
TestCEFR provides digital products and services, including online assessments, courses, and digital certificates. Due to the nature of digital content — which is immediately accessible upon purchase — all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any purchased products or services.
This policy applies to:
• One-time assessment purchases
• Course enrollment fees
• Subscription plan payments (monthly or annual)
• Digital certificate issuance fees
• Any other paid features or services on the platform
2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
Our products are digital and instantly consumable. Once an assessment is started, AI processing resources are used to evaluate your responses. Once course content is accessed, the material is immediately available in full. Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be "returned" once they have been delivered or used.
Additionally, TestCEFR offers a free CEFR Quick Scan so you can experience our assessment quality and know your English level before deciding to purchase a full assessment or subscription. We encourage all users to try the free Quick Scan first.
3. Try Before You Buy
We want you to feel confident before making a purchase. That's why we offer:

• Free course previews — Browse available courses and view syllabus details before enrolling.
• Transparent pricing — All prices are clearly displayed before checkout with no hidden fees.

4. Subscription Cancellations
If you have an active subscription, you may cancel it at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
• You will retain access to all subscription features until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made after cancellation
• No partial-month or partial-year refunds are provided for the remaining time in the current billing period
• Access will automatically expire at the end of the paid period
5. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a purchased service, please contact us at support@testcefr.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if we are unable to provide the service you paid for due to a platform error on our end, we may offer a service credit or re-issuance at our discretion.
Technical issues must be reported within 7 days of the incident. Please include your account email, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots.
6. Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error (e.g., unauthorized transaction, duplicate charge, or incorrect amount), please contact us at support@testcefr.com before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing errors promptly.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension, as chargebacks incur processing fees and administrative costs that are not recoverable on digital products.
